Is SMBRack part of Dell?
No. SMBRack is an independent business operated by Wells Software Consulting LLC in Chicago. We quote and supply Dell hardware, but we are not Dell Technologies and do not speak for it.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Server pricing depends on the exact configuration, quantity and current availability, and list prices are rarely what anyone pays. We quote your configuration in writing so the number is real.
How fast will I get a quote?
Usually within one business day. Larger or multi-site requests can take a little longer, and we will tell you if so.
How does payment work?
Pay 100% upfront, or fund an independent third-party escrow account that releases payment only after your delivery is confirmed. We do not offer credit terms or take partial deposits.
Where does the hardware ship from?
Directly from the supplier or distributor to your office or data center, with tracking. There is no middle warehouse and no extra handling.
Can you help me choose the right server?

Do you handle HIPAA and other compliance requirements?
